This is a RuffleButts swimsuit. The color is Blue Seersucker. It was used for one season at nursery school and in the home pool. It has not been used at the beach. The bottom appears slightly faded compared to the top. (The bottom was used more frequently at nursery school, so it was washed more often.) There are no missing ruffles or stains. There is no name written on it.
