Used for a few rounds. There are no noticeable scratches or stains, but the tag was long, so I cut it off. There is a little dirt on the adjustment rubber part next to the tag. The part that touches the forehead is detachable with Velcro and has been washed, but please understand that there is some wear and tear. It's a fluorescent-like yellow.
