This is an arm sleeve, a collaboration product with Disney sold at Workman. This features the Disney logo design and is black in color. Some stores sell them in bags, but this one was not. Although it is unused, it has been stored at home, so please only purchase if you understand this. It will be shipped in an envelope as is.
