It's a beautiful紬 (tsumugi) fabric with a khaki-brown base and a clean vertical stripe pattern. The color in the second image appears to be the closest to the actual color on my screen. Judging from the edge, I believe it's a pre-dyed tsumugi fabric that has been dyed with khaki-colored dye afterwards. Perhaps as a result, the color seems to have depth. There are also some knots characteristic of tsumugi. There is some damage on the edge, but overall, it's in relatively good condition without any noticeable flaws. I have checked about 1 meter of the fabric, but I haven't checked the rest, so there may be some flaws inside. Please understand this and purchase accordingly, as I am offering it at a lower price. How about using it luxuriously for handmade crafts or remaking? I personally make kimono remake clothes with Western tailoring, and I recommend it because it's much easier to start without having to unravel the kimono when using a bolt of fabric.
