It depicts a winged horse (Tenma/Pegasus) ascending to the heavens with Japan's number one Mount Fuji in the background. The words in the upper right, "Kaiba Ichiben" (快馬一鞭), mean to spur a fast horse with another whip to accelerate it, and by extension, it has a very auspicious meaning of "things progressing very quickly" or "making a leap forward." Size: Approximately 24cm x 27cm Condition: The surface is in good condition with no major damage. There is some peeling on the back.
