From the Plarail series, this is the Sound E501 series Joban Line. The motor and sound have been confirmed to work, but the faces are both sun-faded, and the sound car is missing its rubber tires. Furthermore, the motor was broken when it was acquired, and there are signs of repair after disassembling the motor unit.
