I bought these about 12 years ago at a Western boot specialty store in Nagoya. There's no Japanese size listed, but they're the smallest size I could find at the store, and I usually wear a 22cm shoe. I think the price was around 40,000 yen + tax. If you're looking for Western boots in a small size, how about these? "MADE IN MEXICO" and "6B" are written on the inside. I don't think there are any noticeable scratches or stains above the ankle area, but there are some scratches on the toe area, and the soles and heels are somewhat worn.
