Please understand this before purchasing. The "click" feeling when opening and closing the lid (it's difficult to describe) seems to be mostly intact, with little to no degradation. The box has been discarded. The case-specific pouch and transparent sheet were not originally included. The sponge is in poor condition, so I will not include it for hygiene reasons.
