I believe all the parts for the vehicles and buildings are present, but as I am a novice, there may be some missing. Please understand this. The box and instructions are included, but they are not in good condition. (There are no missing pages.) The minifigures are also all present. There are some scratches on the blocks, and some stickers may be misaligned. Please purchase with the understanding that this is a used item that children have played with. As a bonus, I will include the expansion parts shown in the 10th photo. When shipping, I will disassemble the set and put the parts in bags labeled with the numbers from the instructions.
