I make them carefully, but there may be some loose stitching or visible threads. The ear ribbons are sewn on. The chest ribbon can be attached and detached. It is tied with a ribbon. No inner lining. The face hole is cut and left raw, but has been treated to prevent fraying. There is no stuffing in the ears. The ribbon jewels are attached with a glue gun. Please gently insert the puppet through the face hole, starting with the feet. Be careful as pulling on it may cause it to tear or break.
