The condition can only be described as beautiful, but it is a used item, so it is not without imperfections. Please make your judgment based on common sense. (Please check the photos for details) The neck is straight, and the string height is approximately 2.25mm at the 12th fret on the 6th string side. Recently, I had a professional repair shop perform a comprehensive adjustment (including string height adjustment by cutting the saddle), but the neck moves with the seasons, so please consider the string height value as a reference.
