This is a telephone card from the old NTT, the era of the Japan Telegraph and Telephone Public Corporation (DenDen Kosha). It also comes with a cover. It has a hole punched in it, so it's been used. Would this be of interest to collectors? There are some scratches, so please consider this if you don't mind them.
