I purchased this item from this site and wore it 3 or 4 times. The sleeves are a little puffy, and there's a general sense of wear, but it's still perfectly usable. If you're concerned, you can use a fabric shaver to remove any pills. As shown in photos 6 and 7, there are some loose threads around the collar and on the right side of the abdomen. It's an oversized fit and has a vintage feel, which is cute. Please understand that this is a used item and only purchase if you are okay with that. Please refrain from purchasing if you are sensitive to this or if you are looking for a perfect item.
