I did not own this, so the actual purchase date and usage period are unknown. This is a Squier Avril Lavigne signature model Telecaster. There was a Custom Shop signature on the back of the pickguard. According to official data, the body is Basswood, with a maple neck and a 22F rosewood fingerboard. It is possible to switch between the front single coil, humbucker, and rear single coil with the selector switch. The checkered pickguard appears to have been painted with what looks like an oil-based pen. Please check the images. There are star-shaped inlays on the fingerboard. Avril Lavigne's signature is printed on the headstock. In my amateur opinion, the neck is roughly straight, and the frets are about 60-70% remaining.
