Kettle mark, Nonoda electric heater, and a base plate are included as a set. I believe it is unused, but due to long-term storage, I'm listing it as "near new." There is minor, insignificant rust inside the kettle. There are no noticeable scratches or cracks. There is minor rust on the back of the Nonoda electric heater. Please check the 11th image.
