KITACO's Ultra Robot Arm Lock, model TDZ-06. I've used it for about 4 years. The protective sponges have been replaced with new ones. I've removed all the bags once and cleaned it as thoroughly as possible. All moving parts have been lubricated. I regularly applied the manufacturer's oil to the key mechanism.
