This is a WATCH BOX. Simply put, it's a wooden box that allows items to be easily loaded. I don't know how I came to have it, but somehow I do. It's not in perfect condition due to aging, but it has character, and rather than looking suspicious, it feels realistic. Photo 5 has a bit of a gap, but it should be fine unless you look closely.
