I bought this at Shimamura. I thought it was cute, so I went all the way from the city center to Hachioji to buy it, but I've never worn it outside and it's unused. There are no scratches or stains. I think it would look super cute with a white T-shirt. You can wear it casually even in the summer. It has a lining and is not see-through.
