100% The size is listed as 24-30, but I think it would be cute to wear it as an inner layer from an early stage, or to wear it backwards as a haori. I don't think there are any noticeable stains, but the buttonholes are missing stitching in a few places. See photo 6. Please understand the condition as a used item before purchasing.
