This is a Mirable showerhead. This listing is for the main unit only. I've used it for about three years. I carefully wiped it down with disinfectant wipes, but there is some dirt in the small crevices. Please check the photos. This showerhead generates fine bubbles that are expected to cleanse dirt from deep within your pores. It also offers water-saving benefits, increased skin hydration, and a warming effect. By attaching a separately sold cartridge, you can remove chlorine and expect effects such as reduced body odor. Please purchase if you understand that this is a used item.
