This is a Korokoro Kuririn wall clock. The second hand moves, so it functions as a clock. I couldn't confirm the melody because I don't have a large battery, but I don't think it plays. It's generally discolored from sun exposure. It has been used and hung for a long time, so there is dust, scratches, etc. Please understand that this is a vintage item before purchasing.
