This is a sake cup from old Soma (Koma Soma-yaki). This is an old ceramic piece that follows the tradition of Soma-Koma-yaki, which was heavily protected as the official kiln of the Soma clan since the Edo period. It's a rare sake cup with a Hidari-Uma (left-facing horse, a symbol of Soma horses) in the well and Jakatsu glaze. Although it is old, there are no noticeable scratches or stains.
