This is the "O Bag," a front bag that can be attached to a BROMPTON. It's a waterproof ORTLIEB product. It comes with two accessories: a shoulder bag and a mini pouch that attaches to the back. There are scratches on the part that secures the buckle. There are no other noticeable scratches or stains, but it has been used extensively for commuting and cycling, so there is a sense of use.
