This is a silk (正絹) fukuro obi (袋帯). I purchased it a few years ago at a kimono shop in Kyoto. The embroidery and the pattern on the fabric are very elegant and cute. I think it's perfect for when you want to wear something a little more glamorous for a casual outing, such as with a tsukesage (付け下げ), iromuji (色無地), or homongi (訪問着). Length: Approximately 440cm Width: 31cm I've only worn it once. I don't see any noticeable stains, but it has been stored at home, so please purchase only if you understand this. I was collecting kimonos and obis little by little at a kimono shop to wear to the theater, but I rarely have the opportunity to go to the theater now.
