I purchased this from the co-op several years ago, but I never had a chance to use it, so it's been stored away. I hope someone who enjoys cooking fish will find it useful. I took it out of the outer bag to look at it once, but it's unused. Please note that the cardboard box it came in is slightly torn. Thank you for looking.
