I received this as a gift, but I've never used it. The mini pockets still have the crumpled paper that was in them when I bought it. It has three mini pockets on the front, one medium-sized pocket on each side, and a large main storage area on one side, making for a very elaborate design. It's unused and has been stored in a plastic bag, so I think it's clean with no noticeable scratches or stains, but please understand that it's been stored at home, so there may be oversights.
