I tried it on once at home and then put it away without using it, so I'm selling it. The ribbon is attached with a safety pin and can be removed. You can also attach it to any place you like. It's adjustable to some extent with elastic, so I think it can be used for pets with a neck circumference of around 20cm! Please check my profile.
