This is a collaboration product between "Nobishiba" and "Arrkuma," Nagano Prefecture's PR character (yuru-chara). It is a brand new, unused item. I bought too many, so I'd like to sell them to anyone who needs them. I purchased them in early August of this year. (Compared to other Nagano-limited Nobishiba and Nobineko series products, this one has a lower distribution volume and is only available at select stores, making it a hard-to-find item.)
