It features museums nationwide, covering a wide range of fields from national and public to private, humanities/social sciences/natural sciences, engineering, and even subculture. The good thing is that it's not like other books of this type that only feature facilities in Tokyo. It feels more geared towards those who regularly travel domestically, regardless of distance, rather than someone like me who enjoys casually driving around nearby prefectures.
