This is a front child seat cover for bicycles (hook-on type). I purchased it two years ago for the retail price of 10,000 yen. I used it for one year. I only used it on rainy days, and otherwise stored it indoors. There is also a black belt that attaches to the bicycle (I left the belt on regardless of the weather, but the adhesive is still strong enough for use).
