This is a set of "Shonzui Pattern Square Plates (5 large, 5 small)" from Hosen Kiln, a high-end Arita ware pottery. Although they were originally created as sashimi bowls and soy sauce dishes, they are versatile enough to be used with other dishes. They are particularly well-suited for ingredients with pale colors. Images 4-7 show the large plates, and images 8-9 show the small plates. These are unused items that have been stored for a long time.
