There are no tears or frays, but there is some staining due to age. The outfit may be slightly faded compared to the hat. I haven't washed it since I got it. One button is a substitute. The thread on the jacket snap has been replaced. The skirt snap is slightly deteriorated, but it still fastens, so it's left as is. Both top and bottom have linings. As is common with Scarlett-chan, there was no tag originally. The valuable hat is in good condition! I don't feel much fading, but it is a vintage item. There are no stains, frays, or tears. The subtle white border decoration is stylish!
