This is a sake cup made of pure silver. The inscription reads: "Award for Long Service, National Forestry Improvement and Extension Staff Council." I found this at my parents' house, so I don't know much about it. It was wrapped in cloth and plastic and stored in a box, but it's starting to tarnish a bit.
