This is a silk (正絹) fukuro obi (袋帯). It's an elegant fukuro obi with a ripped-off auspicious flower pattern on an ivory-colored haku (引箔) background. It uses gold and silver threads, and features auspicious patterns such as shippo (七宝) and kikko (亀甲).
