It is also sold at Harrods in the UK. The regular price at parallel import stores in Japan seems to be around 10,000 to 20,000 yen (see photos). It is highly water-repellent, and the fabric is soft, so my child wore it without complaint ^_^ The children's clothes I am selling are mainly items I purchased in London, and the boys' line is almost never available in Japan.
