This is a congratulatory envelope made of organic cotton. I bought it for my nephew's baby shower, but I didn't use it because I sent something else. It's a bag made of organic cotton material that can be used as a bib or handkerchief. I bought it for 1760 yen. The outer plastic bag is wrinkled, but the inside has never been opened and is in a clean condition. I would be happy if someone could use it.
