This is a clette pleated skirt with an elastic waistband. Although it's labeled as 3L, the maximum waist size when the elastic is stretched is about 84cm, so please consider it a LL. The skirt length is approximately 90cm. I've tried it on twice, and it's been stored at home since then. I'm selling it to organize my belongings due to a move.
