The red-rimmed, striped vessel is of unknown origin. Both were purchased at a shop that specializes in artist-made works from kilns, a hobby I enjoy. Each piece is handmade, so the shape and firing vary, which I feel is part of their charm. Although unused, please understand that they have been stored at home. As shown in the last photo, the red one has a line on the inside, but it was there from the beginning.
