This item was used by a child from around 1 to 3 years old. The color is light blue. There are no noticeable stains or scratches, but it has been used quite a bit. It was purchased during the COVID-19 pandemic and has a transparent vinyl guard that can be attached to the inside with Velcro. The vinyl guard is not included. The elastic cord is sewn on by myself. It can be removed easily by cutting the thread.
