I bought these Anpanman rain boots at Nishimatsuya. There are no tears, but they show a fair amount of wear. I've cleaned the outside with an oxygen bleach solution. There was no hook for a name tag, so I put a name sticker on the sole. The one on the right foot has come off naturally, but the one on the left foot is still firmly attached, so I will ship them as they are. Please purchase only if you understand this.
