This is a bandana obtained at the Hayabusa Festival. It's from an event held 10 years ago, so it's rare and not widely available. It's from the 7th Hayabusa Station Festival (hosted by the Wakasa Railway "Association to Protect Hayabusa Station") held on August 9, 2015, at Funakoka Chikurin Park in Yazu Town, Tottori Prefecture. It was stored unopened in a dark place for many years, but due to aging, the tape on the outer bag was damaged, so it was placed in a new PP bag after taking photos.
