I bought this at a store that carries ARTS&CRAFTS and Standard Supply, so I believe it's ARTS&CRAFTS, but there are no tags. It's a suede drawstring bag. The bottom is circular, which makes it very cute. Pulling one string tight turns it into a shoulder bag. Pulling both strings tight makes it a handbag. There's a small key chain attached to keep you from losing your keys. There's a stain-like mark on the inside, but I think it's a characteristic of the leather.
