This is a flared skirt from UNIQLO. I wore it a few times for graduation and entrance ceremonies. The back of the waist is elastic. There are some fold wrinkles, but they should be fine with ironing. There are no noticeable stains or frays, but this is based on a personal assessment, so there may be oversights. Please purchase only if you understand that this is a used item.
