I haven't been able to confirm startup because I don't have an operating environment. The disc has no scratches, and I think the condition is good based on my own assessment. There is a scratch on the back of the case. See image 6. Please understand that there may be age-related changes due to long-term storage at home. This is a used item, so if you are looking for something like new, or if you have any concerns about the product, please refrain from purchasing it.
