The top part is made of stretchy material. It was originally a bandeau top, but I added a neck strap myself. Please remove it if you don't need it. The skirt has three tiers of ruffles, and the dotted fabric has a glossy finish. I think it would be cute to wear to a wedding (●´ー｀●) There are no noticeable stains, but I have worn it as a favorite. I would appreciate it if you could understand.
