Nambu Tekko (cast iron kettle) by Arai Kobo, Kaminoyama, Yamagata - 1L This is an unused cast iron kettle that has never been heated. A booklet from Arai Kobo was also kept with it. This is a moderately sized cast iron kettle with a copper lid featuring a pattern unique to Yamagata, which serves as an accent. I believe it is elegantly crafted. It has a beautiful iron color. The color is brown. The size is approximately 17cm in width (from the tip of the spout) and 22cm in height. The interior is made of iron and is designed to supplement iron intake. The capacity is estimated to be around 1000ml when full. It is optimal for use with about 700ml. Of course, it can also be used with smaller amounts. As it is an unused item, you can use it with peace of mind. I do not have the original box, so I will wrap it carefully to prevent damage and ship it in a large box.
