This is one of the Mickey Mouse Bubble Series. The outer box and blister pack show signs of wear and tear due to age. Also, the Mickey figure can come off the inner tube, and the Mickey figure itself is a bit sticky. This is a rare item from about 15 years ago, but please understand that it is a used item before purchasing.
