However, the next day, he learns that Claire, who was visiting Japan, has suddenly passed away. To fulfill his father's will, Hayato embarks on a journey to find his mother, who has left home. Meanwhile, Claire, who lost her life in Japan during a concert and became a wandering spirit, meets Yuzo in the afterlife and watches over Hayato's journey as an invisible presence. Deneuve plays Claire, Takenouchi plays Hayato, and Sakai plays Yuzo.
