Vintage American wood and metal stamp. I believe it was used for letterpress printing. It has a wonderful atmosphere and is a lovely item. The images are not from a press, but are stamps pressed by hand using a stamping mat. If the ink doesn't apply well, some areas may be difficult to see, but if you apply the ink properly, you can stamp as shown in the image. There is a repair mark on the wooden part. This does not affect the stamp.
