This is a Nike nylon jacket. Navy blue. I bought it over 10 years ago at a used clothing store while I was in the United States. The elastic on the front and back hems feels a bit stretched out (see image 7). Some people might also feel that the elastic on the collar is stretched out. There is no size label, but it's about the size of a Japanese XL. If you'd like to know the detailed measurements, please comment.
